Classification, requirements and test methods – PVC profiles are divided into 3 classes according to:• exterior wall thickness (practically the 2 sides of the profiles that you can see from inside and outside of the house);• interior wall thickness (practically the side of the profiles that “sits” on the building wall and the side that sustain the glass);as follows:
• A class - exterior wall thickness ≥ 2.8mm, interior wall thickness ≥ 2.5mm;• B class - exterior wall thickness ≥ 2.5mm, interior wall thickness ≥ 2mm;• C class– no requirements.

Blending the powders:
The blended powders are Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and the stabilizer ,lubricant,processing improver, aging agent and colorant. | |
Cone screw tube extrusion: The blended powders are automatically transfer into the charging spout and then compressed to shape by the cone screw tube and the mold. | |
Finalizing the shape: The parison is made of mold that designed in vacuum cooling device. | |
Traction: Set and adjust the traction speed according to the extrusion speed | |
Cutting: The length is cut as per customers’ requirements and the protective film is automatically pasted. | |
Inspection: Each PVC profile is strictly inspected, your standard is our goal. | |
Package: PVC profiles are binded by plastic rope first and then packed into plastic bags, the bags are binded by straps firmly.it is suitable for long distance sea and air delivery , and we can also pack as per customers's requirements | |
Loading Container: We have professional and experienced sea and air forwarders, they can guarantee the cargo delivered safe and without any delay. |
